Shipping policy

We thank you for shopping with Knatural Beats Cosmetics! Our orders normally process in 1-5 business days, or 7-10 business days during high volume periods or international orders. Processing time does not include weekends or holidays. Some of our products are handmade so they may require longer processing times depending on order volumes. We want to get your order to you a fast as possible, but we cannot guarantee same day shipment, even on express 1-2 day packages. Please contact us at customerservice@knaturalbeats.com if your order is time-sensitive or if you have any questions or concerns about shipping. 

We are not responsible or have any control over any unfortunate occurrence once your order has been shipped. Example: Lost Package, Undelivered Package, Stolen Package etc. Please email customerservice@knaturalbeats.com for assistance.

Knatural Beats ships world wide. If you have any questions on where we can ship please contact customerservice@knaturalbeats.com prior to ordering.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes. Knatural Beats is not responsible for any customs clearance charges, duties, or taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the sole responsibility of the customer (e.g., taxes, tariffs, VAT).

We do not provide estimates of any duty, VAT, taxes, or clearance charges that may be applicable outside of the U.S. as these are specific to each destination country. Buyer is solely responsible for understanding and complying with the import requirements of the destination country.
