Line the Stamp end of the product with the outer corner of your eye where you would like your wing and angle it in the direction you would like for it to point, then firmly press down onto your skin. Then take the Liner part of the product and line your lid like normal connecting the wing and filling in any missing spots. Use a q-tip to clean up or sharpen the edges if necessary.
